Strong Minds Strong Kings is a nonprofit organization founded by Ralph A. Sirmons Sr., a lifelong mentor and former basketball official with over 38 years of experience using the court as a platform for life lessons. We believe every young man has the potential to lead, succeed, and inspire—but many need guidance, opportunity, and someone who believes in them.
Our programs focus on mentorship, trade school and college preparation, personal development, and community engagement. Through strong partnerships, hands-on support, and unwavering dedication, we’re investing in the future—one young man at a time.
